How To Get Electricity When The Power Grid Goes Down

There is between 40 and 70 volts inside your phone line. In most cases it still provides electricity when the power grid goes down.

You can build a solar powered USB charger to charge your peripherals out of 4 garden lights, a floppy drive cable and a female USB connector.

You can modify a hand crank flashlight to charge your cell phone. It will give you over 4 volts.

If your laptop battery is worn out, you can just open it up and change the lithium ion batteries mounted inside it.

If the battery in your car is dead, you can recharge it by just pooring some red wine into it.
